The New Job Search: Break All The Rules. Get Connected. And Get Hired Faster For The Money You’re Worth.

I purchased this book based on the author’s personal story and reviews posted here at Amazon. I’m only on chapter 5 and can adamantly confirm others’ praise for this book. The author’s approach is extremely positive and pragmatic. I fully expect to find success by implenting the recommendations found in The New Job Search.
Good luck to all those willing to get out there and try a different approach!!!

Wendy writes with such ease and a common sense approach you feel like she standing right there talking to you. As a VP of HR, I read her book from the stand point on how candidates may approach us for employment. I immediately started quoting some of her ideas and relaying stories. Thanks Wendy for being so candid!

This is a great book for people who are “in transition” or who just want grow their network of contacts. Molly has done an excellent job of writing a book that’s full of great strategies and tactics as well as common sense reminders. The book covers most of the basics that you want in regards to job search (resumes, business cards, websites, working with recruiters, interviewing, etc.). However, Molly has a fresh take on many of these subjects. I found the networking suggestions the most valuable part of the book. After reading the book, I felt much more comfortable reaching out to network with people who I probably would not have prior to reading the book. Her suggestions on how to get the most out of networking opportunities was also really helpful I highly recommend this book to anyone who is in job search.
